All White Flag retreats, classes, workshops, and special events are open to anyone on a journey of self discovery and inward exploration. They are a hOMecoming to ones self. Much like the eight limbs of yoga, the twelve steps are referenced as a guideline or template for living a conscious life free from addiction and addictive thinking. We all can benefit from this journey. This retreat is focused on adventure and gathering inspiration, taking notice of our surroundings and approaching ife from a creative and holistic point of view. Our Retreat will be a mix of laid back down time, exploration, movement and immersion into a vibrant culture. We ask you to approach this trip with a sense of adventure in your heart. We think you are going to love this retreat! We encourage you to do a little research on the area before you come.
