White Flag and Awaken Spanda come back together in our Solstice collaboration series!

This time in honoring the Sumer Solstice!

While the Spring Equinox began this journey and represents new beginnings, the Summer Solstice represents the next step of this divine rhythm. The Summer Solstice reminds us to turn inward and find the nourishment needed to grow and evolve.  

We begin with an intention circle so we can name and align with our deeper truth and intentions.

Then we move into the White Flag Signature "SHIFT," practice where we move out the issues in the tissues!

A highly satisfying blend of cardio based movements, fueled by soulful music, with high and low impact elements of yoga, pilates, qi gong, calisthentics, shaking and tapping!  All accessible!
