About this event It is the equilibrium of day and night and this represents  the light and darkness in our lives. The long summer  nights have passed and we are now in a season of  transition.... Join us for this conscious event We begin with an intention circle so we can name and align our  intentions.Then we move into the White Flag Signature "SHIFT" practice  where we move out the issues in the tissues! A combination of movement designed to regulate and stabilize the NERVOUS SYSTEM fueled by soulful music. Cleared and decluttered we settle in for a beautiful and  depthful sound immersion. Awaken Spanda provides a doorway into the deeper levels of consciousness. It is possible to experience profound shifts and awakening in your energy through this deep sound immersion.
