The White Flag practice is a transformative experience of the mind, body and spirit.
A highly satisfying combination of Cardio based movements, fueled by soulful music, with high and low impact elements of yoga, pilates, qi gong, calisthenics, shaking and tapping.
You will leave feeling uncluttered, clear and conscious!
Then we will all enjoy the Wellness Amentities and beautiful space at Synchronicity including, The Salt Room, Compression therapy, Infrared Sauna, Cryotherapy, Massage room, and Cold Plunge experience.
Athleta will be providing light bites and beverages for our After Party where we will raffle off a chance to win a Gift Card and Personal Shopping Experience at Athleta, giftcard from Celadon and more!
